AI-powered tools (Content AI, Conversation AI, Funnel AI, etc.)
Reporting and Analytics
Integration with third-party applications

3. Account Registration

Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Any activity performed under your account is your sole responsibility.

4. Subscription & Payments

Subscriptions are annual only and must be paid upfront in full at the start of the subscription term.
All fees are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
Additional consumption-based services (e.g., SMS, calls, AI usage, emails, domains) will be billed separately, as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge applicable fees to your chosen payment method.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination & Suspension

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will end immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, regardless of conflict of law principles.
For administrative and correspondence purposes, Solvarex LLC maintains an office in New York, USA.
